My approach is simply to get things done for you when resources of time and/or money are stretched but there’s much to be done and where a smart, practical result is required. Navigation of this site is simple. You won’t even need a mouse…

 

My areas of expertise are in marketing, process and business analysis in projects across the information technology, telecommunications, retail, advertising and finance industries. I can be used to set up, run and complete assignments within projects where you require an independent external resource.

 

I work on an achievement of the objectives basis rather than an ongoing time basis. We agree on an upfront cost, what will be achieved and I deliver to that. This ensures you get a commitment from me to deliver your solution in a set timeframe.

My history

 

*        I have worked within the sales, marketing, information technology, management and product development departments of companies operating in the retail, telecommunications, advertising and financial services industries both in New Zealand and the UK over the past 15 years.

*        I have worked both with large corporations and one man band’s and a range in between.

*        I have a degree in marketing and have completed small courses in project management, time management and direct marketing.

*        Key achievements have included the development and launch of a successful ecommerce product in the NZ market for Telecom NZ, marketing consultancy to British Telecom adding signed off total value across products, billing and marketing activity of around ₤1.2million, and assisting in the technical and marketing introduction of a category management standard to Foodstuffs Wellington.

*        Other organisations I have worked for include Sky City Casino, TelstraClear, Global Telesystems, American Express, Mainland Products, Hansells, Radio New Zealand, Wilson and Horton and various small businesses including my own IT export business, and a collection of small retail businesses, including start up operations and other business consultancies.
